Questions about the PayPal

Hi all,

 

After installed osCommerce, I only enabled the palpay this payment gateway ....

 

But for me, I am wonder the default setting of oscommerce + palpay ... after a customers buy something in my shop, and check the checkout, at the end, oscommerce will bring the customer to palpay with SSL ..... and the customers will click "Continue" button to process .....

 

Now, I am feeling confused and wonder, how palpay know the money how to save to my account??? And how palpay know which shop it is ... and send the money to me??

 

Sorry of my poor english .... I just want to ask, how to let palpay know after customers bought goods, their money will save to my account?? I need change what to let palpay know my account?

 

And do I need change the php code too?? If so, anyone can teach me how to do it?

 

It is the late problems I need fix, else how to earn the money if I can send goods with osCommerce ...

When you install the Paypal module in osCommerce you will fill in your email address at the settings which is also registered with Paypal. So through that email address your shop is tied with Paypal and when a customers pays through your Paypal option the money will nicely be added to your Paypal account.

 

So after you installed the Paypal payment module in osCommerce you will have to edit the settings and make sure the setting for 'E-Mail Address' is exactly the same as the one you opened your Paypal account with.

Choose which one? Or I just need press the "Sign Up Now!" to sign up a account like general user is okay?

For a professional use of Paypal with your shop you should get a merchant (business or premier) account with Paypal. Just click Sign Up and choose Business account from the next screen.
