Simple popup not working.

Does anyone have an idea why this line doesn't work?

 

array('title' => "<a href=\"java script:void window.open(\'http://www.test.com\',\'window\',\'width=250,height=350\');" onMouseOver=\"status=\'Signature Code\'; return true;\">example</a>",

 

It has to do with the double quotes but I'm not sure how this line should look.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
