Guest Posted November 2, 2005 Posted November 2, 2005 I have installed a clean installation of osCommerce and SepPri411. HAving created a new customer, turned off the red dot (alerts off), and set the price level, the retail price is still shown. I can't figure out why this does not work. Any suggestions? I have 10 price levels, coded A through J and 5500 products, inserted using SQL statements, eg. INSERT INTO product_groups VALUES (10, 8.58, 3516); Products appear, price 1 always appears, but never the correct price. Quote

Did you put the new customer in another group (this is done manually!)? As admin you can log-in as a member of a customer group if you have defined the email address with which you login in catalog/includes/languages/english/login.php. Quote
