Adding to shopping cart from another site

This may not be the way to ask but I'm going crazy trying to figure this out.

 

I've got a regular (non-OSC) site that features some of the comics books I've created. I want to put a BUY NOW button on them that would jump to a friends online comic store site (in which he also has my books for sell) thats using the osCommerce package (current version). When they get to buddies store/site, I want the comic to automatically be loaded into the shopping cart so they can easily hit the CHECKOUT button and check out. My buddy says I can add some code to his site to do this. I see some contribs that can add multi items at a time, so I'm guessing if I know my product/item number, their might be a way to pre/auto-load items into the shopping cart upon the buyer going there (right off the bat).

Maybe I'm over explaining my question/need-

I'd like to to PRE-LOAD the shopping cart with items in some instances when the customers get to my OSC powered site. Without having them click anything to add to the shoppingcart. The items are already there. Pre selected/loaded/installed- ready for the customer to check out. AND- At that point, the OSC site can act in it's normal way: The customers can then shop more, check out, or even delete those items that are in the cart.

 

Lets say the the osc site's url is www.indyplanet.com- normal osc function (enpty cart ready for shopping)-

But-

Someone directed to the url www.indyplanet.com/comics.php , then preloads up the shoppingcart with some comicbooks/items and all continues as normal.

I'm looking for a way to auto load the shopping cart with products on entering the site (stuff in the cart ready to buy as they get there):

(I'm thinking)-

going to www.indyplanet.com launches straight/normal operations of the OSC package;

going to, say, www.indyplanet.com/comics, runs a php script that loads the shopping cart and re-directs back www.indyplanet.com, thus starting the customers shopping/checkout with stuff already in the cart.

 

Please - oh -please point me in the right direction. :P You guys are great with answers. Maybe this is something that can't be done.
