Me and Gift Vouchers again...the newest dilemma

If I charge the price of $48 for a $50 Gift Voucher, the customer only gets a voucher for what they actually paid for it, $48? Not $50?

 

Good Lord, this thing is driving me up the wall!!!!!!!!!!!
