Contribution advice

I am looking for a few features to extend an online training store and I hope you can give me some recommendations. Here is what I need to add to the site:

 

-Coupons/discounts:

What is the best contribution code that wil allow coupons and perhaps volume discounts based on the number

items purchased?

 

-Order notification:

The store owner would like to get an email of every order placed and the info from the order. Is there a

module to help with this?

 

-FAQ system:

Are there any existing FAQ or tech support modules available to integrate into OS commerce?

The Gift Voucher contribuiton wil handle the coupons but not the volume discounts. There are other contributions that I think will do that but I don't recall their names.

 

Email notification of the order is build in. You just need to add the email in the admin section. You can also enter in a second email address there if it is needed.

 

For FAQ's, use the FAQ contribution.

Where are the email notification options located? We have customer email options but not anything for the store owner. Is this a recent addition? I think I have 2.1 OSC
