mrossi Posted November 1, 2005 Posted November 1, 2005 Just so the community knows, we signed up for PayPal Payments Pro Merchant Services and all was well for about 3 months until we got our first chargeback. PayPal made us wait 75 days for an outcome and then they inform us they lost the case. The best parts is they don't want to provide us with any documentation on the chargeback like our other merchant service company does. PayPal wants me to subpeona the documents. Long story short, lost our money and PayPal gave us the finger. I highly recommend using a different merchant services.
