Member Approval Help

I've installed the Member Approval V1.5, couldn't find the contribution thread, but none of the plea for help threads had the same problem as I'm having.

 

When I go to "waiting approval" I get this error message:

 

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tep_encrypt_password() (previously declared in /home/httpd/vhosts/XXX/httpdocs/store/admin/members.php:16) in /home/httpd/vhosts/XXX/httpdocs/store/admin/includes/functions/password_funcs.php on line 33

 

It appears to be duplicate the password function, what would be the best way to fix this? Any ideas?

 

The account is created and I was hoping to just "turn it green" in the customer list, but that didn't work either.

it's possible that you uploaded a file and put it in the wrong place. i got a similar error on something else, because i had uploaded the file that was supposed to go in includes>languages>english to the main directory, it had the same file name and i thought it was the right file.

 

check to make sure you didn't put the wrong member.php file that's supposed to go in the admin directory in admin>includes>languages>english. either download the members.php file that's in admin>includes>languages>english and check it or re-upload in

Yes, for the record, that's what I did, my bad...just in case someone else does this...upload the files again is your solution.
