One cart, multiple personalities

Hi everyone.

 

I've got a challenge here. I need my store to have multiple personalities. That is, based on a parameter, the site would have different branding (i.e. logo, colors, fonts, etc). However all of the personalities will have identical store inventories. I figure the easiest and most efficient way of doing this is by hacking the parameters osCommerce uses to displpay store graphics and colors. Has anyone ever done this before or know if it's easily possible or not?
