shopping Cart Question

Crazy question that I'll try not to over ask/explain- Here it goes...

 

I've got three sites that has stuff for sell (comics, printing services and art prints). All three are on the same shared server (added domain type of thing). They are 01comics.com, ka-blam.com, and renesvision.com. Same server sharing same mySQL DBs area. Each site sells stuff (not much but does have stuff for sell).

What I want to do is set up a forth site on the same server called indyplanet.com that acts as the central store for the other three using OSCommerce cart.

I want each of the three to implement some version of the OSCommerce Infobox ShoppingCart (the one that fits on the left or right column) to to hold the items. I guess manually inputing the items into the ShoppingCart module as the users shop the three sites. Then at the end, hit a checkout botton that would send them to the indyplanet.com site, still have all the items in it's ShoppingCart. All items would of course have the same item numbers for this to work.

I'd like to try this without having to install four versions of the OSCommerce package (into all the sites). I'd like to have indyplanet.com site be the only full version with the other three using it's resources. I guess using only the necessary code to make the ShoppingCart InfoBox work in the other three sites.

I'm a pretty good programer and can work out things, but I don't know the fine enter details of CRE Loaded 6.15 and it's workings.

So simply put, I'd like to have a simple shared ShoppingCart on three sites that when opon competion of shopping, Hit Checkout, go to a fourth site to complete the transaction.

Am I asking for trouble. Thanks wwaayy in advance.
