CVV Problems

I have tried loading milestone for the cvv but I'm having problems

 

First off it doesn't produce a box for the cvv number I have done searches on it and have tried almost everything

 

I found that I dont have the directiry of

 

catalog/includes/languages/english/payment/cc.php

which is required for the milestone

 

I don't I a payment folder under english for the cc.php file

 

Can someone shed some light
