Shipping advice

Hi,

 

I am setting up a shop for a client - i need to try and work out a way to setup the shipping setting like this.

 

each product has a different cost of shipping from A to E, if they order more than one item, the postage costs are reduced by 50% for the subsequent items. the costs also vary depending on destination see table below.

 

rate | UK First Class | Europe (airmail) | Rest of World (airmail)

A | ?1.00 | ?1.50 | ?1.95

B | ?1.50 | ?2.25 | ?2.75

C | ?1.95 | ?2.95 | ?3.75

D | ?2.50 | ?3.95 | ?4.75

E | ?2.95 | ?4.95 | ?5.75

 

I have looked through all the contributions but not found any mods that can do this?

 

can any one offer any ideas how i could acheive this
