importing Database

i am dropshipping from a site that just doubled their number of products from 900 to 1800 products.

 

That is SOOOOO much work as you know. Does anyone know any shortcuts? The dropship site uses OScommerce too. So I am assuming there could be some kind of shortcut, right? :) I hope.

 

Please help me figure out a way to update all of my products in the most efficient approach.
