Skip from cart to checkout

This is a very good contribution but what I am trying to do is for the customer to click on the Checkout button in the Cart and go straight to the Checkout page. No choices, no login, no nothing - just Cart>Checkout. Do I use this contribution as a start or is there an easier way - I am a relative Newbie.

Oops - I have been looking at fast_easy_checkout and also Pay Without Login. My question is directed to the fast_easy_pay. The checkout button redirects to a page that give a choice whether to register or not. I want to skip that and go straight from cart to checkout.
