Contact page - need to change size of border around mail form

Hi,

Im not sure if everyone has a border around their mail form on the contact page but I cant seem to alter its size of even get rid of it. It is an image border that shows throughout my site and I only want to get rid of/or alter its dimensions on this one page.

 

Any suggestions?
