Display right values on checkout_confirmation page

I have a live store which is working fine no problem so far. At my store I'm required to show prices with tax which is 19%.

 

When a customer makes his order at the checkout_confirmation page it shows him this:

 

Sub-Total: ?981,75 
Flat Rate: ?0,00 
VAT 19%: ?156,75
Total: ?981,75

 

But the sub-total should be without the VAT so ?981,75 minus ?156,75 equals ?825. This is what it should display:

 

Sub-Total: ?825 
Flat Rate: ?0,00 
VAT 19%: ?156,75 
Total: ?981,75

 

And not the price with the tax applied.

 

Anyone knows how to remove the tax from sub-total? Don't forget that I mentioned I'm required to use prices with tax.
