please help...site different now on root

Hi,

 

i thought i'd finished this site...here, but if you compare that index page with this one which was the testing site, the images are bigger on the root index page and are not conforming to the dimensions set in admin.

 

can anyone help??

 

if noone knows the answer to this problem...is there a way i can redirect the root index.htm page??
