Retrieving Credit Card info from server

Can anyone tell me the process of retrieving a customer credit card info for a placed order.

Credit card info is not normally stored in the database, unless you are just using the default osCommerce Credit Card module.

Yes I am using default mode until I switch my merchant account over. Do you know how I can access info?

You need to access your database via phpMyAdmin and go to the Orders table.

Is there any way to recover the middle 8 digits for an order? For some reason, after working flawlessly for 2 yrs., an email confirmation for an order was not sent to me and therefore no middle cc numbers. Didn't even know the order was there until I logged into admin and just happened to see it.
