Gift voucher doesn't minus total order please Help!!

Hi all

 

I just install CCGV V 5.14 on my Oscommerce 2.2-M2 all is well and happy :D

 

now problem/question i got my voucher already, send to email and claim the voucher.

 

I am making an order and redeem the voucher. the voucher seem to be redeemed because my voucher changed to 0 but doesn't minus the total orders.

 

I check inside the admin->customers->orders sections and the gift voucher is there as well yet doesn't minus the total order

 

I am just wondering whether is this how it's work or I did something wrong
