Creating a New User Account (endless loop)

When I try to log in to make a purchase on my site (or when I try to set up a new account), OSCommerce simply erases all of the fields that I had entered and spits me back to the create new account page.

 

Anyone know why this would happen? Is it a misconfiguration in my configure.php page????

I think this has something to do with the cookie not being accepted????
