Paypal Direct Payment and Express Checkout

I wanted to integrate Paypal Direct Payment and Express Checkout into my website, but I dont have much programming background. Is there somebody that could help me achieve this

Get access to the file structure (host or an ftp program), get access to your database (host or phpmyadmin). Download the Contrib, unzip it and read the instructions. Do a backup of all your files first, then give it a go. Installing Contribs can be as simple as adding files and adding bits of code here and there. They can be complex and sometimes they ren't documanted very clearly. Just try it. Maybe try a few easy ones first, then go for a biggie. I want to look at this one myself since it may be cheaper than my merchant account/gateway in the long run. I just worry about having all my payment eggs in one basket.

When I uploaded the Paypal contribution I got the following error:
