I want the code to put it on header.php so each time the user refresh my site, the header image can be changed..

I've used this:

Random iframe content- ? Dynamic Drive (www.dynamicdrive.com)

for a random html insert for customer testimonials near the bottom of my index page. You could probably work it into your includes/header.php file fairly quickly. Just make pages with the image you want to use for the header.
