I haven't used affiliate programs in the past, but I am interested in starting now. I am aware of 3rd party affiliate programs like CommissionJunction, etc. that are run on an independant platform (independant meaning the program does not run on the site that sends the customer your way, or on your site itself). However, I had a newbie question about the tracking features of the OSc Affiliate program (or really any other program that is run on a non-3rd party server). If someone wants to be an affiliate member of my store, how can I give them piece of mind that the sales data isn't manipulated and that they are not getting screwed on their commissions? I figure they have access to reports that run on your server, but those can be easily manipulated.

Any input is appreciated. I am just playing Devil's Advocate, but figured I would get asked this question rather frequently.

Thanks in advance.
