Can someone help me get the hang of the stylesheet please.

No matter what I change on the stylesheet nothing changes on my site.

Ive read the documentation from the 'solutions' link above but it just comes accross as a bunch of random words from the dictionary! Has it been through a translator or something?

All I want to do is change the font and colour of the box headings and the grey bits that make the box to red.

I dont get it because the text is black at the moment which is #000000. If I change every '#000000' to another colour the text is still black on my site.

sorry to have to ask this but ive spent 2hrs trying to change the colour of a piece of text........ its taking the piss!

Ive just found out that I have to close IE every time I want to refresh the webpage. I still cant change the font but at least ive sorted my main problem.

2hrs man!

I deleted my other website after spending over 200hrs on it! Maybe I should just give up!

Yeah, the sheetstyle gets cached on your computer each time you visit the site, which means you have to either do a hard refresh (hold CTR and click refresh button) or clear the cache...

Either of these options forces your browser to download the new updated css file instead of using the old one that it has saved.

are you using STS or BTS? They use a different spot for the stylesheets, so changes in the regular one will not show.

I was using BTS but its limited the contributions so much I had to start again. Hence odd, simple questions about the stylesheet! I have noticed the stylesheet is different since I have not been using BTS.
