I need help with my guest book

Hi,

 

I need help with my website I add a new part to it.

 

Go to the below page to get what I downloaded.

And then go the the one that is Guestbook for OSC(MS2) v2.1 mr_lee 30 Oct 2004

 

 

Now my website says this when I goto the guestbook from my website where it says guestbook in the Information box.

 

Just go to it you will see what it says.

 

And when I go into my admin part of my website it says this.

1146 - Table 'mysqlb3cf1dfeefcb49378a4945b6b91.guestbook' doesn't exist
