Don't change it unless you have signfiicantly changed the page design. This is generally considered minimally achieved if you replace the text, images, buttons and infobox headers. Also see Coypright Policy - The osCommerce Project Rule #1: Without exception, backup your database and files before making any changes to your files or database.
