forgotten password

id like to see who forgot password and try to get new and i want accept yes or no give new password or no

 

how to do this one?

You could install this:

Then remove the "forgotten password" link from the catalog, and replace it with a form which sends an email to you with their login, you can then go into admin and manually send them a new password.
