srober Posted October 22, 2005 Share Posted October 22, 2005 I posted this in a different forum but it doest seem to get the same amount of hits as General so im gonna try here. I have downloaded a Fedex contribution which for the most part works... ok. My only problem is I have items being shipped from two different locations, California and Missouri. Is there a solution out there that allows me to flag which products come from where and calculate rates from that origin? Im not as concerned with this problem as the rates will only be off by a few dollars as I am with my next problem I have products that gets shipped through a different carrier if the wieght is over 150lb or the dimensions are to big. I need a way to have a different shipping method for those such items. Im not sure what im looking for.... maybe some advice? Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest Posted October 22, 2005 Share Posted October 22, 2005 There is a contribution (might be others too) for individual shipping prices http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,1333 Not sure if you will have to modify it for your case but it could help. as of the weight decision over a certain amount (not sure about the dimensions case) you would probably have to add code to the shipping modules to enable/disable themselves based on the order's total weight.
