double taxing after installing order editor 1.61c

I have installed the contribution "order editor 1.61c" and now the orders calculate and add tax on twice. How can I correct this.

 

Sub-Total: $144.96CAD

Shipping (Shipping 2 Items to Ontario, Canada ): $1.50CAD

7.0% GST + 8.0% PST (Ontario): $21.97CAD

7.0% GST on Shipping + 8.0% PST(Shipping): $21.97CAD

Total: $190.40CAD
