Set Preparing Order Status: The choices are Default, Delivered, Pending, Preparing [PayPal IPN], and Processing. While the install.html description is clear about what happens, it is not clear to me which choice to make. PayPals Public Certificate: I presume this is the txt file I downloaded from PayPal Encrypted Payment Settings Profile page. Is there a standard subdir in which to place this?
