When a customer places an order (sometimes) it won't save the order to my database, but I get a paypal email telling me about their payment. What is the problem here? 2. When Im in the Admin Section trying to look up orders that exist it shows None. "Displaying 0 to 0 (of 0 orders)" However sometimes it will show my orders... What is the problem here? These all seem like database problems to me, does anyone know how to fix them?
Guest Posted October 22, 2005 Posted October 22, 2005 1. Happens cuz they do not click the final button in paypal to return to your shop. So no email or order is generated/stored. You could install the paypal IPN contribution to get around it. 2.
