change copy on create account page?

hi,

can someone tell what file to look in to change the copy on the "Create An Account" page?

 

i just want to change minor stuff like, "Post Code" to "Zip Code", "Password" to "Choose a Password".

 

and can i change the country list to a field that visitors type it in instead of selecting thru the list?
