Admin connection problems

Hi Guys,

 

I have a strange problem when trying to access my stores admin.

 

When I use www.mydomain.com/admin I get the opening blue screen as usual but when I click any of the links say 'tools' I get

 

'The connection was refused when attempting to contact www.mydomain.com'

 

However if I type www.mydomain.com/admin/orders.php for example the page loads fine.

 

Again if I try to use the links in the admin boxes on the left I get the connection error again.

 

Very strange indeed, has anyone come across this?

 

I have not changed any of the config files so there should be no problem there.

eh.. I had a problem, when muy servcie provided updated there whole security system. Problem seemed to be that i was suddenly secured by an unknown SSL Certificate.

 

But i dont know any more than that soz :(
