Authorize.net error #30 - The configuration with processor is invalid.

Has anyone experienced this error message???? "30 - The configuration with processor is invalid. Call Merchant Service Provider." ............

 

I use Ipowerweb and Authorize.net

 

I'm reading posts that suggest everything from a curl problem to bad transaction key to an absolute Ipowerweb/Authorize.net incompatability.....where to start?

 

The configuration tests fine /// I get the error when I switch to production mode.

 

.........anyone been here who can help me save some time???......seems like i'm spinning my wheels fixing things that aren't broken....

Call your Merchant Service Provider to see if a 'Hold' has been placed on your account. If it has, ask them to remove it.

Thanks Louis.......... that was it............I was expecting something far more difficult to fix.......too much time reading the woes in this forum......Cart works GREAT! had my first sale yesterday........just a few minor bugs.
