ccgv rounding error on per cent discount

Have just installed ccgv 5.14.

 

During tests, it seems to be a bit too generous with the discounts that it gives.

 

For example, it will give a ?5 discount on a ?47 item that has 0% tax and ?0 shipping, rather than ?4.70.

 

Has anyone encountered this before? I have looked through a large number of postings and could not find anything.
