"I have created an account with you, but can't successfully place an order. When I am on the "delivery information" page, after clicking "checkout" and then click on the "let's continue" button, my web browser continues to the same page and I never reach the "payment information" page. I have tried it with both Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox, but succeeded in neither. Is there currently a problem with the ordering system, or could something else have caused the problem" I would greatly appreciate help, as many people don't take the time to write a note..they just walk away....
