dlebowski Posted October 20, 2005 Share Posted October 20, 2005 I have had a couple of customers who don't like the fact that they put their credit card information in before they are directed to the sub total/total screen for confirmation. Is there any way that I can get the sub total to show up prior to them actually putting their credit card information in? It could just be that I have it setup incorrectly. Thanks for your time! This is common across many ecommerce sites :) I guess you could display the cart totals on the checkout payment page to do this just take a look at how they are displayed on the confirmation page. The other thing you could is have a message on the payment screen saying no payment is taken until you press confirm on the next page... other than that I guess you cant please everyone :-" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
