kgt
Are you certain they have disappeared from the database, or do you just presume they have on account of them not showing up in the admin anymore? Can you give anymore information? What exactly is happening? Contributions Discount Coupon Codes Donations

kgt
This is a start, but you're still not giving much information. Remember we can't see what you're seeing. 1. Is the customer in the DATABASE? You will need to use a tool like phpMyAdmin to look in the customers table and see if this customer exists. Then you will need to look in the orders table and see if they exist in that table as well. 2. Does this happen to all customers who have their status set to 'Sent?' 3. How many customers does this happen to? (That you know of). 4. Can you intentionally reproduce this with a test account, or does it happen randomly? 5. Can a 'missing' customer still log on and create orders? 6. What contributions do you have installed?
