adding horizontal prodcut divider line on home page??

Hi,

 

on the home page i have my products set out 4 across (these ar the new products that also display on the hom epage for each category). i would like them to look a little neater by adding a dividing line horizontally below each set of 4 products.

anyone know how i could do this, or which file i'll find the layout of the page??

just changing the question to see if i can get any replies.

 

can anyone point me to where the home page (new products) is laid out??

 

i could maybe work out how to put in a divider image from there.
