Tax and Payments Messing Up

G'day, Since tax was added to all items on our website, I've noticed international buyers who buy something for a person in Australia (where GST/Tax is applicable) get charged GST on checkout - even though they're not in Australia themselves.

Also, I believe if they put in an International billing address yet an Australian delivery address, they're presented with payment options that only Australians are meant to have access to. What could be causing this and is there a solution?

Further information - Just did a test order and it's only BANK DEPOSIT they are presented with on checkout - so it's this module that is messing up?

Just to add to it..

I've found the standard Australian Bank Transfer and the oscommerce standard check/money order module do NOT pass on the tax amounts at all - people who use these methods are getting through without paying tax!

Anyone know how to fix?

I'm working on a silimar problem - mine seems to be related to the TAX only being calculated on the INVOICE address and not the DELIVERY address.

My client wants it to be calculated only on the DELIVERY address.
