Page not found error on secure pages

Hi can anyone help, When you select "checkout" or "Login" or "myaccount" or "creat an acount" all you get is "page cannot be displayed" error cannot find server.

any help appreciated this is my first attempt at a website ,hosting on 1and1 with shared ssl "myenv" returned 'ssrelay.com'
