The template you purchased has not been customized to your site very well - fix the linking to "#" (which happens to be on logos for manufacturers you dont even carry), the so called "newsletters" contribution that was never installed, etc etc....

Your shipping and sales policies are horrible.

 

Why in the world would I buy something from somewhere that the most popular brands are non-returnable? If I bought something and you wouldn't take it back, I would do a chargeback on the credit card without a moments hesitation.
