mudcrab Posted October 19, 2005 Share Posted October 19, 2005 I am building a new store that will require 3 contributions: 1) osPlayer 2) Master Products 3) Header Tags Since each of these modules requires you to overwrite many of the same files, what should the install order be? I have done a test install using just osPlayer and it works great. But trying to force Master Products into this build is going to be a nightmare. dave111 Posted October 20, 2005 Share Posted October 20, 2005 Take a look at the install instructions for each contrib, whichever contrib has the crappiest instructions (dont list all the specific changes) or whichever has the most changes.... this contrib should be installed first. Then for the following 2 addons you will need to make all the individual changes to the files (dont overwrite obviously). Install 1 at a time, and test everything after each install, so that if there was a mistake you dont have to go to far back to fix it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
