zboyblue Posted October 19, 2005 Posted October 19, 2005 Ok I was in the admin clicking around and I clicked Who's Online and the legend at the top came up but nothing else and it was very slow. I kept clicking it but the same thing ... THEN I clicked on Customers, Orders and there was NO DATA! The page was there but no data. I quickly looked in the database and the data is there. (wheew). Customers would show no data and Recover Carts would show the people's names but no cart data. I was using Firefox so for the heck of it I opened IE and tried it. Same thing in Who's Online a few times, then I got some data, then back to nothing. Orders, Customers, and Recover Carts seem to be back to normal. (Somehwere in there I restarted the httpd service on my Linux box. When I tried the first time I got the following: [root@plesk httpdocs]# service httpd restart Stopping httpd: [ OK ] Starting httpd: (98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:443 no listening sockets available, shutting down Unable to open logs I did it again and it restarted. ) At this point it SEEMS like everything is fine except Who's Online (which has been working fine) .. ANY ideas? Much appreciated. Craig
zboyblue Posted October 19, 2005 Author Posted October 19, 2005 Now it seems like when I alternate from Forefox to IE either Who's online will work or Customers and orders will show data but not both. THEN in IE they both worked at the same time (customers, orders and Who's Online) I dont know whats going on but I am worried. I have thought hackers, dying server, too much load, some change I have made screwing something up, I dont know! Any ideas? Craig
