Changing basic text entries

This has to be one of the most basic questions, but I cannot find how to change some of the most basic text entries. Items like on the Information/Shipping&Returns it says "Put here your Shipping & Returns information."

 

I've done a file search for all of those words. I've found where the page prints the information by echoing TEXT_INFORMATION, but I cannot find where that text is found.

 

Any help for this and other basic text would be appreciated.

I found my own answer by searching the forum for TEXT_INFORMATION. All of the text is found in osc/includes/languages/english.
