maome Posted October 19, 2005 Share Posted October 19, 2005 Hi, I have a few cases where customers probably took too long (more than 15 min) to make the online payment (worldpay) but by the time they return to my web site their session has already timeout. This resulted in payment being made but I didn't receive customer's order. Any idea how this can be solved? Other than increasing the session timeout to maybe 30min? Thanks.
