sabra Posted October 18, 2005 Share Posted October 18, 2005 After switching hosts (my first experience) I had some user name issues, but those are all but resolved now. I have even been able to process orders over the web now. Linkpoint worked, FedEx module worked too! However, I have two other issues that I have been searching for an answer to. 1). I can not do a manual order nor edit an existing order. (I could a few days ago before the switch). I get the following message: "1016 - Can't open file: 'orders_ship_methods.ibd' (errno: 1) select ship_method from orders_ship_methods [TEP STOP]" I have searched the edit_order.php in the shop/admin/ and the create_order.php to try to see if it is still a problem with the user name. I can't find it. I also do not find an orders_ship_methods file. 2). I have been able to take two orders today, and they linked with the credit card company fine. However, I put an order in for 4 of an item in a taxable sale and this is what I got when I went to confirm the order: "There has been an error processing your credit card, please try again : SGS-002301: Charge total must be the sum of subtotal, tax, value added tax, and shipping." It was white letters with a red background. I have already called YourPay and they said that the calculator might be corrupted. It did do this right before the host switch. Any ideas?
