problem with image size of subcategory images

Hi there,

 

I've got a problem with the image size of the subcategory images.

Some of them are width 80 and height 120

and others are width 120 and height 80.

so I have a change here from portrait to landscape.

 

What setting can I disable to display those images without any trouble ?

I am still fairly new at this, but I believe if you go to your admin area and then click on images under configuration, there is an option for calculate image size - if you don't want it to change your image sizes, turn it to false. It seemed to work for me.
