Guest Posted October 18, 2005 Posted October 18, 2005 I have a customer that did not return to my website after paying via paypal, so I have the money but no idea what they ordered. Is there any way that I can log into my customers account so that I can recover their cart on my site and know what they ordered?
mark27uk3 Posted October 18, 2005 Posted October 18, 2005 Hi Autumn Search the contributions for the 'master password' contrib, it will allow you to access your customers account and complete the transaction. I would also suggest using the cheque/postal order payment module but retitle it paypal and enable that when you need to complete an order and then disable it again. wheeloftime Posted October 18, 2005 Posted October 18, 2005 And install Paypal IPN. It might give you some obselete orders if people do not pay on Paypal afterall but better to remove those once and a while as to not know what the order beheld.

Mark I actually installed that before this even happened and it totally did not work. So I gave up and uninstalled it. Thanks though
mark27uk3 Posted October 18, 2005 Posted October 18, 2005 Hi Autumn, I have used this contrib for a long time now and find it invaluable. Maybe you should try and install it again. Mark Lifes a bitch, then you marry one, then you die!

Mark Yes, I have the same, good, experience with it and normally it should work without major problems. Try again as it may save you a lot of trouble. Reminds me that you maybe installed the devosc version initially ? It must be good also but I have no personal experience with that one All I know is that it requires a lot more changes to install. The osC teams version is very easy to install.
