PLEASE HELP - CHANGING INDEX PAGE

Hi Guys.

 

I really need help, coz this has been buggin me for weeks..

 

Basically i have a modified version of oscommerce, as here. www.swiftlink.com.au the issue i have is i want to change the index page to this www.swiftlink.com.au/test.php

 

now when i change it, it loads the page up fine, however when i want to go into a cateogry, it will just refersh the index page, and wont go anywhere.

 

Iam using a mod-rewirte for my urls, but not sure if this is effecting it?

 

Any advice you can give me would be verrry appreciated..
